Our Commitment At Funky Junkie, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because every item is custom-produced on demand just for you, we have a limited returns policy — but we will always make it right if something goes wrong.
No Change-of-Mind Returns As a print-on-demand store, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply change your mind after ordering. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is the wrong item, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will assess and respond within 2–3 business days
Refunds Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order. If your original order qualifies for a refund, we will process it simultaneously.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Orders where the 7-day reporting window has passed
South African Consumer Protection We comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If you believe your consumer rights have been affected, you are entitled to contact the National Consumer Commission.
