The iD.TRI isn't a smartwatch that happens to contain a sports mode.

Dedicated profiles for swimming, cycling and running put the three core triathlon disciplines directly on your wrist, while integrated GPS records outdoor sessions without requiring your phone to do the heavy lifting.

ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart connectivity allow compatible external training sensors to join the setup, giving more serious athletes room to build a broader training ecosystem.

Navigation functions help keep longer sessions heading in the right direction, while the Smart Light uses coloured signals for training information, navigation directions and notifications.

Cyclists also get a particularly useful extra: an included handlebar mount lets the watch move from wrist to bike for easier viewing during the cycling leg.
